Where can heating cables be installed?

Garage Access Ramps

Heating cable installation helps to prevent accumulation of snow and ice, lowering accident liability for management companies, reducing all costs of maintaining a clear and safe access to underground and above ground parking structures.

Every installation includes heating cables, in-slab thermostats, snow detection sensors, ground fault protection, and a main snow melting controller, which efficiently monitors the weather conditions.

Each ramp is individually designed and installed.Heating cables can be installed in various materials including concrete, asphalt, mastic asphalt, and interlocking.

Stairs 

Heating cables installed on stairs prevent slips and falls. Fire escapes can be kept clean and safe with a minimum of shoveling and de-icing.
